Values for Students in class culture

General Info

• While there is no uniform for classes, students need to dress in comfortable clothing in which they can freely move. Bringing a water bottle is a good idea too.
• Class ‘levels’ are generally based around age groupings. However there is flexibility for students with previous or natural skills and maturity to be invited to join a more advanced class where appropriate.
• Respect is an important key in how Bec runs her classes. Students are expected and encouraged to have respect for the teacher, each other and themselves. Without this key, the disruption caused can take from the other participants’ experience. With this in mind, students may be asked to sit out if behaviour impedes the activities or values of the class. In an extreme and ongoing situation, students who cause disruption may not be welcome to continue. In which case, monies paid in advance will be reimbursed.
